In a nutshell
We offer free shipping within the United States, both ways (international shipping is $20 flat). That means if you order something, you won't pay shipping. If you ever need to exchange or return something, you won't pay shipping either. Win!
Speaking of returns, we keep it really simple. Return any Fifth&Brannan piece at any time... no questions asked. We want you to be happy with us and our products, and if you're ever not satisfied, we'll do anything we can to make it right.

Shipping Policy
Fifth&Brannan offers free shipping within the United States (international shipping is $20 flat), and we ship all orders within two business days. Any orders completed on Saturday or Sunday will go out on Monday.
If applicable, we will provide you a tracking number so you can watch as your package approaches you.

Return Policy
We know you'll love the garments and accessories you purchase from Fifth&Brannan, but if for any reason you need to return or exchange a piece you purchased, Fifth&Brannan will gladly accept any returns and exchanges at any time. Really!
If an item is returned after 60 days, we'll provide you a 5&B store credit for its current value.

We'll gladly provide free shipping for all returns and exchanges within the United States. Here's how:
Returns
To initiate a return, email shop@fifthandbrannan.com with RETURN in the subject line. We will email you a return label you can affix to your package so it's ready for shipping. Once we receive your package we will initiate the refund.
Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, email shop@fifthandbrannan.com with EXCHANGE in the subject line. In the email, tell us which piece you are sending in for an exchange, and indicate the size and model of the garment you want. If you are exchanging neckwear or pocket squares, please indicate which model you want instead.
If we are in stock, we will notify you and send a return label you can affix to your package so it's ready for shipping. If we are out of stock, we will let you know and will offer alternative options.
In your package, please indicate in writing the SIZE (if applicable) and MODEL you want in exchange. This will help avoid any miscommunication within our fulfillment center.
